Our Pricing Options
At Little Guys Law Firm, we understand that every legal situation is unique, and we aim to offer flexible pricing options to meet your needs. Whether you’re a business looking for ongoing support or an individual with a one-time matter, we have pricing structures that make it easy to understand the cost of our services. Below are our two main pricing options, although a blended billing model may be available upon request.
Flat Fee Pricing
For certain services, such as drafting or reviewing simple contracts, making minor alterations to a will, or facilitating a straightforward real estate transaction, we offer various options for flat fee pricing. This means that you know exactly what your cost will be upfront, with no surprises. Our flat fees are designed to provide transparency and peace of mind, so you can focus on your legal needs without worrying about hourly charges adding up. Hourly Rate (Sliding Scale)
For more complex or ongoing legal matters, we offer a sliding scale hourly rate. This means that your rate is based on the scope of the work, its complexity, and your unique circumstances. We promote access to justice by ensuring that: 1) clients only pay the fair value of the time and effort actually involved; and 2) financial barriers don’t prevent clients with good causes from being unable to obtain legal advice when within our ability to accommodate.
